Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a type of mental health treatment that involves talking to a therapist. It can help people with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Psychotherapy can also be used to help people who are struggling with addiction, chronic pain, and other physical or emotional problems. There are many different types of psychotherapy, but they all share the same goal: to help people understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they can make positive changes in their lives.
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful and potentially transformative treatment for depression and anxiety. It is often used as an adjunctive treatment to ongoing psychotherapy, but can also be effective as a standalone treatment.
Our unique approach to KAP is the KAPstone Psychedelic Therapy Program. This program combines ketamine infusions with psychotherapy to help patients achieve deep healing and transformation.
The KAPstone Psychedelic Therapy Program is a safe and effective treatment for depression and anxiety. It has been shown to be effective in reducing symptoms, improving quality of life, and increasing resilience.
