Treatments we offer

In close to 75% of cases, ketamine can dramatically relieve depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, sometimes following a single infusion. In addition to its fast-acting effect on depression, ketamine has been proven to significantly reduce suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors.

Ketamine offers near-term relief from many mental health issues. One of the most significant benefits of ketamine is the induction of neuroplasticity, which is the ability of the nervous system to change its activity and reorganize its structure in a more healthy way. We take advantage of this neuroplastic state with psychotherapy, using additional cognitive and behavioral tools to lock in new habits and perspectives for long-term well-being.
TMS, or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, is a highly effective treatment for depression and anxiety. We can also use TMS to treat bipolar depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and as an adjunct in the treatment of PTSD and eating disorders. TMS offers an FDA-cleared approach that is not only safe and largely free of side effects but also twice as effective as traditional antidepressants for symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Two significant studies at Stanford University demonstrated that when TMS is delivered in a more intensive schedule using specialized equipment, 90% of patients experience remission in as little as 3 to 5 days. Cambridge Biotherapies™ is proud to offer this leading edge service.

Our team of psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners offer careful, thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative medication management services.

We know that seeking out treatment for depression and anxiety can feel overwhelming.

Our goal is to provide guidance and materials to help you feel informed, confident and comfortable when you, a loved one, or your patient begins treatment with us. We’ve made an effort to provide helpful information available on our website and we would welcome a call at 413-402-6794 or an email at info@cbio.health.
