Ketamine, TMS, and Medication Management in Amherst, MA

Cambridge Biotherapies offers compassionate, patient-focused treatments for mood and anxiety disorders using Ketamine and TMS therapy at our location in Amherst, Massachusetts. We also offer psychiatric medication management and treatment consultation services.

All treatments at our Amherst site are offered in a safe, private, and comfortable setting, with a highly-qualified and supportive staff.

Treatments we offer

Ketamine

In close to 75% of cases, ketamine can provide dramatic relief from the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sometimes following just a single infusion. In addition to its fast-acting effect on depression, ketamine has been proven to signficantly reduce suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors.

TMS

TMS, or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, is a highly effective treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, anorexia nervosa, and bulimia nervosa. Because of the flexibility of our equipment, and our dedication to using current research to continually fine-tune our protocols, we are also able to use TMS to successfully treat bipolar depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Accelerated TMS / SNT / SAINT

Two significant studies at Stanford University demonstrated that when TMS was delivered in a more intensive schedule, at an accelerated pace, and with specialized equipment, it provided remission from depression in 90% of patients in as little as 3 to 5 days.

Cambridge Biotherapies now offers such an accelerated brain stimulation treatment for depression and anxiety at our Amherst location.
